Left shoulder pain
My mom aged, 53 is having pain in her left upper arm since 3-4 months. She is not able to rotate the hand completely, also I could see the muscles in the upper arms clinched like a spasm. Could you please suggest a possible reason and solution behind, she has been taking many medicines and went for physiotherapy as well, but that made the pain unbearable, so she stopped going.

First Please check diabetes of your mother
As per her symptoms she is suffering from frozen shoulder.
Not stop taking physiotherapy treatment because it will cure with the help if exercises only.
If she has unberable pain than give her to painkiller medicine
