Left proximal ureter calculus

I have been diagnosed with 8.4 mm left proximal ureter calculus. It is 1.2 cms from the left pelvi-ureteric junction causing mild hydronephrosis and proximal hydrometer. What do I need to do now and what food restrictions to follow.

There is less chance for.this stone to pass off. If stone.persists u will need to undergo URS with lithotripsy to clear the stone and remove the.block from the kidney.take adequate fluids. This will also help to prevent further stone formation
