I had severe pain in the bladder 2 days ago and I underwent a CT scan and It revealed that I have a 0.5mm stone in Right kidney and Left peri Uretic Fat Stranding in the left Kidney. I had undergone a surgery for left kidney stone a year ago and now I have a stone in Right kidney. Can Someone explain 1) If I have to undergo surgery for my right kidney stone? 2) What is the Medication for Left Peri Uretic Fat Stranding and why I got it ? Thanks
