Left ovary is samller

During the follecular study, noted that size of left ovary is 7m, 6m,6m,4m. Whereas right is 14m, 8m, 4m, 4m on 21st day. I am trying to conceive. What are the remedies to help conceive faster. Is there a major issue with the follecular readings noted. Can it be improved with yoga or medicine. Pls reply thanks

The size if the follicle should reach uptil 20 mm atleast to rupture and for egg to release and then fuse with sperm to get pregnant.  There are no home remedies as such. But you need  continue with follicular monitoring for proper assessment and treatment accordingly.
