My friend recently gone through a premature delivery...u cn say its a miscarriage one month before. Now in ultrasound her left ovary appears bulky. Right ovary measures: 3.5 x 1.8 x 1.6 cm, Vol: 5.5 cc. Left ovary measures: 4.7 x 2.4 x 2.4 cm, Vol: 15 cc. Minimal fluid in pelvis. Is this normal? Her period start exactly one month after the delivery . IS every thing normal?
