Left nostril slightly feels deviated

I am 7 days post-septoplasty and noticed my left nostril is slightly flared outwards compared to the right. Is this asymmetry typical for post-op swelling at day 7? Could moderate pressure while sleeping/touching displace cartilage? No trauma, sharp pain, or bleeding occurred. What is the timeline for symmetry?

Since it’s only 7 days , you can wait . The post o o swelling takes about 2-3 weeks to fully settle down

Does not look much asymmetrical in the photo. Usually post op edema may take 1-2 weeks to settle down.

Can see consulting ENT surgeon for doubts and clinical examination.
