Mam it can be due to infected lower or upper wisdom tooth because all these symptoms are common features of infection in wisdom tooth or infection around it. Just observe if the pain is more in morning ,which occurs in muscle pain.

Will need to know more details and may be see an opg.. please rule out history of trauma, impacted third molars , decayed teeth. Nature of pain if dull aching and muscular could also be neck related , press the muscle region to see if it's tender. Rule out the above things, and if it's none of the above could be ear infection.
