Left leg pains

Left leg has been going numb and shooting pain down the leg. Been going on for about a month now. I stand for 8hours for work and that's where it hurts the most. What can I do for it??

Mri  must. Avoid long sitting. Posture corrections must. Start physiotherapy treatment. Bad posture created pain.
