The probable diagnoses from your history are shin splints or  a stress fracture. Try running over surfaces which are not hard like sand or grass, stop running for a bit longer and try, rest for a few weeks, take painkillers. If you have tried these already and still have pain you will need assessment by an Orthopaedic Surgeon and any investigations as appropriate. Stress fractures take quite some time to heal. Running on the road or concrete is not very good for your legs and knees.

Hello. Shin pain in a runner could indicate low Vit D levels and sometimes a microfracture. Please get blood test for Vit D and see an orthopaedic surgeon. You may need an MR scan too. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, www.dr-MV.com

You need to go for proper foot assessment. Often I have seen, people with some foot alignment do get shin pain while running.
Next Steps
see a physiotherapist who can do foot assessment, if you need you can contact me as well.
