My brother have left leg fractured by a bike accident.I am showing an xray of his leg.I want to know in this case what treatment can do.plz describe

Based on your profession and work needs, Although this is a mid shaft fibula fracture, if you conserve it (plaster) less changes of someone reducing it are there. You may end with a bony deformity , although it might not appear clinically. Minimum plaster is 4-6 weeks. Sometimes docs don't even advice plaster etc for this. Even in that scenario, reducing it is almost impossible as the big bone(tibia is intact) .

As it is only fibula fracture u can manage it conservatively , just take bed rest for few wks
