Thank you for sharing this. Based on your description, it sounds like you may have developed soft tissue bruising, muscle strain, or possibly nerve irritation around your lower back or pelvis from the fall. The tingling pain while sitting or rolling over could be due to deep tissue inflammation or irritation of nearby nerves, even without a fracture. Since pain relief from painkillers is only temporary, the root cause may need more targeted care.
Next Steps
• Please visit a physiotherapist for a detailed assessment of your lower back, pelvis, and nerve function. • Early physiotherapy can help reduce inflammation, restore mobility, and prevent compensation injuries. • Until then, avoid prolonged sitting or lying in one position. Use ice packs (15–20 minutes, 3x a day) to reduce swelling. • Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees, or on your side with a pillow between your legs to reduce strain. • Watch for any increase in numbness, tingling, or weakness—if these develop, follow up with your doctor promptly.
Health Tips
• Nutrition: Stay well hydrated and eat anti-inflammatory foods (like turmeric, green vegetables, nuts). • Movement: Gentle walking helps circulation and healing. Avoid heavy lifting or twisting for now. • Breathing & Posture: Practice deep belly breathing to relax tense muscles. Maintain good posture while sitting. • Mental health: A fall can cause stress—take care of your emotional well-being and get enough rest.

I can see that your age is 30yr female Best treatment for injury is complete bed rest for 3 days Most probably your ligament had a micro tear after your injury ( sprain) it takes time to heal Avoid pain killer because you make the sprain more worse because by moving your body after taking pain killer your ligament also moves at the same time this prevent healing Take protein ( egg )instead for your body to support healing faster VIT C (guava) Calcium ( sesame seeds )
Next Steps
Rest

Take medicine as suggested by orthedic doctor. However if inflammation is unbearable or pain is very intense please get an xray done. I hope this helps you. Regards Your physio

So this all can be the possible causes: 1.Muscle Strain or Ligament Injury As it suggest the pain is deep, worsens with movement or posture change, and there's no fracture. 2.Soft Tissue Injury (Contusion) Blood clots and bruising around the leg suggest this. Pain can linger for days to a week. 3.Nerve Irritation (e.g., Sciatic Nerve) Tingling pain radiating during position change suggests possible nerve involvement — especially if the fall jerked your spine or hip. You need to observe the following to rule out:- -Pain radiating to the leg -Tingling or numbness increasing -Difficulty walking or standing -Pain not improving after 3–5 days -Swelling or increased bruising
Next Steps
Consult a Physiotherapist, as a physical assessment can help identify muscle/ligament/nerve involvement.
Health Tips
1.Go for RICE Protocol (for 48–72 hrs) Rest: Avoid movements that increase pain. Ice: 5 - 10mins every 4 hrs to reduce inflammation. Compression: Use a crepe bandage if swelling is there. Elevation: Especially if leg swelling is present. 2.Avoid using Pain killers. 3. Go for Re-evaluation if the condition doesn't get any better even after 5 to 6 days.

Pain with sitting and rolling over after a fall could indicate spinal or SIJ dysfunction. With/without associated ms sprain... As if it would only be a ms sprain it would have responded to pain meds. You need a physical evaluation and relevant management. The same could be managed online as well, depending on the condition.
Next Steps
Face to Face or online consultation
Health Tips
avoid unsupported sitting and assymitrical leg movements.

Take proper in person consultation to rule out  nerve and tissue injuries. Take proper rest and and do cold compressions. Like this online can't say anything without proper assessment. Consult in person with nearby physiotherapist or ortho or neuro doc.

Cold compress for the first 72 hours (15–20 min, 3x/day) to reduce swelling. After 72 hours, switch to warm compress to promote circulation and healing. Rest and Avoid Aggravating Movements Avoid sitting in one position for long or bearing weight on the injured side. Lie on your back with a small pillow under your knees to ease back tension. Gentle stretching and mobility work to relieve muscle spasms.

Based on your description—there are several possible causes, but most likely you have soft tissue injuries such as muscle or ligament strain, bruising, or possibly nerve irritation in the lower back or leg area.
Next Steps
1. Avoid activities that worsen the pain 2. Apply ice packs to the painful area for 15–20 minutes every few hours 3. Use an elastic bandage if there is swelling, but not too tight. 4. Elevate your leg when resting to reduce swelling. 5. Once pain allows, gentle stretching and movement can help prevent stiffness. 6. If pain or tingling persists beyond a week or two, consult a physiotherapist for targeted exercises and advice.
Health Tips
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor again for further evaluation

Soft tissue injuries. They do take their own time to heal so rest for a few days. The issue will be resolved. In the meantime, you can use ice packs to relieve from pain and swelling. If any.
Next Steps
Foods rich in vitamin B12
Health Tips
Stay hydrated
