Left knee pain

My husband is having eft knee pain since 20 days. He has danced one day and when woke up. He was feeling severe knee pain. He did MRI of left knee. Please check and advise

However I would like to examine & investigate your husband in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a  pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Apply long knee brace, take analgesic on sos basis . Start quadriceps, hamstring & vmo stretching.
