Left knee pain due to synovial fluid changes when I take omega 3  capsules the knee pain will get better.

We need to assess the primary cause for synovial fluid changes and causes of arthritis. Needs assessment of Knee alignment and orientation. Also need to look for knee internal derangement. So i would suggest blood tests and sending fluid for analysis. Based on reports decide on the need for MRI
