Left knee mri shows grade 1 LCL tear.

My Left knee had pain a week back. Now pain is not there. I got my MRI it shows Grade 1 LCL tear does it require surgery. Or it heals on its own?

Grade 1 LCL tears heal on their own and it takes 3 to 6 weeks for symptoms to subside.. Get a brace done if you are actively working and avoid sports activities
