Small calculus in the kidney may remain asymptomatic for years or may cause clinical symptoms and may also affect renal function. Requires urine examination routine and microscopic along with symptoms profile. Only observation and good follow up if no symptoms and no harmful effects in kidney on evaluation. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate 15 ml mixed with glass of water thrice daily helps in both prevention& treatment
