My first question is are you an IT employee or a person who use Laptop more?
If yes then are you keeping your hand on a sharp surface while typing?
Are you protruding your neck to peep into your screen?
All these can cumulatively cause this pain and it's an early symptom of RSI which means Repetitive Strain injury.Treatment is very simple Posture correction and please don't hesitate to visit an orthopedic doctor and followed by few physiotherapy sessions with Myotherapy and Electrotherapy.
