I get left hand nerve pain starting from shoulder is it heart related last week I did ecg it was normal

There are various causes/reasons why you could have left-hand nerve pain - cardiac being one of the reasons. The other causes would be cervical radiculopathy, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome to name a few
