It may be cervical radiculopathy or it comes under computer related problems . To get rid of the problem completely, you need to maintain erect posture while sitting. Avoid using neck pillow for couple of days, try to lie down flat as much as possible. Avoid using computer for long hours, need to take breaks in between.

Get one X-ray cervical spine Ap / lateral done. And get good physiotherapy done to strengthen the muscles of the neck and hand.
