My mother had done one brain operation 1 year ago due to brain clotting after that her left side got paralysed and now her leg and hand fingers are working little but hand from shoulder nad from knee is not working. Tell me what could be the reason that her hand is not showing any improvement?

The bleeding itself could have damaged the area of brain controlling left hand and leg. Because hand requires very fine control than leg, it is very sensitive to damage. And recovery is not good. A good physiotherapy should help a bit.
