I have fallen from stairs and my left hand elbow joints have left its place. Is it possible to get it correct without operation. I have the x ray as well.

it is always possible. but if the joint is out for 2 days that's a big worry. get your self seen urgently by an orthopaedic surgeon with interest in elbow or upper limb
