Left ear listen problem

I am not able to listen with left ear since many years it's not working properly please advise thanks

Sir u should have consulted earlier because ear is a sensitive organ, if its a sensorineural king of hearing impairment, then as time passes, the possibility to treat diminishes. Therefore I advise u to consult an ENT as soon As possible.
