Left butt bone deeper
I feel my left butt is smaller than right, i fell down on my butt before an year.
When i sit I feel my right butt bone bigger than left.
I have lower left back pain too, i feel like I am losing bone and muscle on left side?
Is that possible, I am afraid.
Please help.
My left abdominal muscles are also hallow compared to right

What you’re describing might be localised loss of muscle mass, or a sequelae of developing deformity. The other possibility might be increased size of the other side due to an underlying mass.
