I m feeling sometimes left breast throbbing and slight pain. And last two days found soft small lump at armpit.after doing high resolution usg of both breast found subareolar fibroadenoma in left breast birads 3.is there anything to worry?

Not to worry,take action, Get an FNAC done , When the results come discuss with the surgeon, However ,I suggest you to get lumpectomy done and send the lump for a biopsy . After the biopsy results, surgeon will tell the further course of action.
