My left breast has been bigger than the right at first it was not so easily identifiable but now it can easily be seen and a pain accompanied.. there's also a burning sensation in upper left stomach after I eat anything containing chilli..

Burning sensation in stomach is due to gastritis aggravated by the chilli, so avoid spicy food and take  antacids.  For the breast enlargement  you will have to consult  a surgeon to rule out if there is any tumour or not.
