Due to heavy workout ur biceps tendon might have got hurt.
Go for treatment for some more time. Let that be totally cured then only u start with workout.
Just dont rush into doing it.
One more thing. Whenever u start fresh workout dont go for heavy. Start with basic simple exercises. Then progress to weights. Avoid doing any heavy workout be it with dumbells or with bodyweight(like pushup pullup) untill ur condition is totally cured.
Go to nearby physio.
