Left arm pain

I am having pain in my left arm since last 4 days. It starts from neck and left back. Shoulders n comes down till elbow. I have severe pain while lifting my arm. I have to give support to my elbow to lift hand. I cannot stretch my hand. It’s painful. Whom should I consult

Your pain in the neck and radiating down to the arm is probably because of cervical Disc prolapse so its cervical radiculopathy you can try physiotherapy and blessed to the night if you don't improve then better to get an MRI scan done of cervical spine
