Dear Dr Today suddenly at afternoon.Suddenly both of my hands got  rashes like mosquito bite.I have enclosed my pic of it pls advise for further treatment

Hi, You seem to be having polymorphic light eruption which is a sunlight induced allergic reaction. Can be treated with certain ointments and tablets. Start using a sunscreen of minimum spf 40 during the day even if indoors.
