Left abdominal Heaviness

Dear Doctors, I am having some kind of heaviness in left side abdominal I.e left upper quadrant. I also have a feeling to poop out, but only some liquid or solid poop is coming. And also had light burning sensation in the anal area after Pooping out. But no pain while sitting and no lump at the anal area. Please guide me. And my stomach is not properly cleaned up.
