You can start your job if you are having no pain but I would suggest an X ray. If your most recent X rays show that the all the bones united now, you can continue work as usual. But before starting, you will need to strengthen your muscles and get complete range of motion of your ankle. Start slow and gradually imcrease your load. Good luck!
