My daughter is 6 years old and she is being diagnosed with lazy eye with a power -1.25.Doctor suggested three months glasses with only 1 hour screen time and no stress on reading. Post that she will undergo patch therapy. Please suggest if I can start the patch therapy at home only now or do I wait for 3 months. Also is it curable?

Please follow your ophthalmologist. This condition will improve with time if you strictly follow advice of your ophthalmologist. Please encourage your daughter to wear glasses. This is the first important step you have to follow.
