Hi I am Prerit I am doing a job as a software engineer for last 4 years from last 1 year I have back pain so please help me

Take some rest, painkillers followed by physiotherapy. Avoid lifting weights and bending forward. Speak to a orthopaedician if not better and severe pain

Back pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include overuse such as working out or lifting too much, prolonged sitting and lying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable position or wearing a poorly fitting backpack.It can also be caused due to disc degeneration, facet arthropathy. plase share your MRI picture before we can comment on. Back pain in your situation may be due to prolonged sitting poor posture and muscle weakness Try to maintain proper posture while sitting and engage and sports activities to strengthen your muscles If the pain still does not improve please meet your local Orthopaedic doctor Till then take otc pain medication and put hot packs

Its usually muscle pain at your age So watch a video on you tube which shows how to do back muscle strengthening exercises And do these exercises daily for 2 months at least
