My period is about 8-9 days late and I confirmed it's not pregnancy. What should I do at this point?

Better rule out pcod or Thyroid problems first.. Consult me on practo for further investigation and treatment..

Wait for another few days. If still no menses then take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. Tab. Deviry 10mg. Irregular menses may happen once in few  months.
