I am having very irregular periods from past year. I am getting in 30-45 days range. Is it normal or do I need to consult a doctor?

Irregular cycles cn be due to thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance , pcos ,stress ,anxiety etc. U definitely need to gt evaluated and consult a doc. U cn initiate a direct consult with me also if u want.
