Late period,negative test,abdominal pain

I am 45 days late i too home pregnancy test which came negative i am experiencing pain in my breast and abdominl pain....i feel like discharge coming but nothing i found white sticky discharge from vagina plz help...and also i am fasting because of ramadan so there is change in sleep and eat pattern i am confused

Kindly repeat a urine pregnancy test now or else do a beta hcg blood test to be sure you are not pregnant. After that connect with me directly for further assistance regarding what medications to be taken to induce menstruation
