Hi dr I got last period on 30 Aug I am not getting periods now I am travelling since last week in two different countries Is it something to worry about ? Normally my cycle lasts 28 days now it's been 30 days I'm getting cramps but no period

Kindly do pregnancy test and if negative u can wait max upto 2 weeks from expected periods date .
