Late c section

• I have URINE INFECTION since 1 month (E. COLI growth). • have a HORSESHOE KIDNEY. • CREATININE is 1.1. • currently at 35 WEEKS 4 DAYS pregnant. • Can I wait until 38 WEEKS 4 DAYS for c section delivery? Is there any chance for water breakage before that?

The E. coli UTI needs to be treated urgently — untreated UTI in pregnancy can trigger preterm labour or water breaking early. With horseshoe kidney and creatinine 1.1, this is a high-risk case. Waiting till 38 weeks is reasonable IF the UTI is treated and baby/kidney function is monitored closely. This decision must be made by your OB/GYN, not online.
