Is LASIC is completely safe? If yes. Then which procedure is safe and what is the estimate cost for it?

Yes lasik is quite safe . There are 2 procedures ,1 is customized lasik by microkeratome  blade which costs 35000 for both eyes,other is by femtolaser I.e.bladefree which costs 80000 for both eyes
