And also can start physical light exercise, yoga and other active activities and when can i use indian sytle potty pan, so that i dont have a chance of after surgery complications like Hernia and others. Kindly advice.

You can start daily activities ,1 step at a time. avoid strenuous exercise and if you experience pain at stitch site during any activity then avoid it. Avoid straining while defecation and if you are suffering from constipation seek medical help. Eat balanced diet with adequate protein and vitamin supplementation. Continue yoga with caution.

hi.. if there are no post operative complications.you can assume your normal activities(avoid strenous activities) and can perform basic lifestyle leading activities.please make sure you maintain proper personal hygiene, avoid fatty, spicy, oily outside foods. regarding exercises- you can do basic exercises not to lift weights and excessive activities. Regarfing using indian potty pan, avoid it and you can use a customised stool r chair over indian style pan.tq

Hi if surgery and postop went well without any complications then u can resume all ur normal activities now.. if at all if ur case is complicated and if ports are not closed well (or) if u do any strenuous excersizes (or) if u had any post operative complications like wound infection then u may get hernia in later age. It depends on many factors.. better consult ur lap surgeon regarding this..
