I have a lamph left side of jaw below ear. Not to be increased larger and no pain at lamph. Surrounding of lamph is some pain at touch. What is the problem is this?

As per your description it might be due to lump in the parotid or submandibular salivary gland/enlarged lymph node.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. USG and FNAC if required..
