IT DEPENDS ON YOUR MENTAL STATE WHILE FEEDING YOUR BABY. AS MY PREVIOUS DR FRIEND SUGGESTED TAKE ADEQUATE CONTRACEPTION

It is natural phenomena.Sexual arousal is not inhibited by breast feeding and not in pregnancy.But you have to take precautions to prevent the pregnancy.For details contact me through practo online.
