Lack of motivation

Hello Currenty, I am a working as an accountant and it's been 4 years now since i am working. But after 6 months from starting i started disliking my job and work also. I am not happy. I feel aimless in my life. I always had a feeling with me that i not for just doing a simple job, i have the capacity of doing something good which actually worth in life. But i always have a lot of fears and doubts in me which do not allow me to take some risk and to do something bold. I am very confused. I want to cry upon my situation. The worst thing is that i know my situation but i am not doing anything to do make things good for me. I want to clear up my mind and make things to work. I am not afraid of doing hard work but i am afraid of taking the very first step. Please suggest me and help me. I am very stressed but cannot talk to anyone about all these feelings.

Hii Its really good that you have shared your feelings.. This phase comes in every ones life.. You have a choice...allow your circumstances to mould your state of mind or allow your state of mind to mould your circumstances...You are the only one who has control over this choice. One must refuse to be robbed of the joy this precious life offers due to something you have no control over!...Feel the sorrow and let it pass ..don’t live in it .... If not possible initially you can take professional help from psychiatrist who can help you out with cognitive behaviour therapy..
