Labour induction

I am 38+4wks preg for the first time. LFTs are raised but bile acid is within range. Today morning I felt very less baby movements for 4hours, even after breakfast. I had a juice after which the movements increased and had been normal since then. My doctor said to go for c section within a day or 2 so that i dont get stressed out with such incidences. He had earlier suggested that we can induce labour after completing of 39wks, as head is not yet engaged. I would prefer a vaginal delivery. Should I wait for completing 39wks? (4 more days)?

The less movement is indicative of the fact that the baby is not doing fine U need an urgent ultrasound to confirm fetal well being With cholestasis of labour u should go fr induction of labour after 37 weeks Waiting can be detrimental Can lead to muconium aspiration n intra uterine fetal demise
