I’m having bumps and itch on labia majora , I don’t have any discharge, I’m not sexually active neither do I shave , wax or veet my pubic hair . I’m suffering from ringworm as well

Contact to gynaecologist and take her opinion .May be you are having mixed infection means bacterial as well as fungal . Antibiotics course is must.
