Okay let's breakup your blood reports. Blood urea and S.creatinine is the one we found out in lab by machines. BUN /Creatinine ratio is calculated which we will do when the Urea and creatinine values are abnormal. Based on your creatinine value Your Estimated GFR is 120ml/min/1.73m2 which was absolutely normal. So these reports are nothing to do with your symptoms. But you have Elevated ESR which tells us you have some inflammation. Which may suggest according to your age could be Autoimmune disorders if its fits. Tell me the detail history history of your symptoms. Like Joint pain ,Joint stiffness,How many joints , Small joints or Large joints? Any History of fever? Any rashes?
