This problem is usually developmental and not related to any injury. Does not need any form of surgery if no severe pain in leg or difficulty in walking. No surgery for only back pain. Main treatment is to keep the back strong with lots of back exercises with physio, yoga, swimming etc. Still if no improvement, u may consult a spine surgeon.
