My mri report 1.lumbar spondylosis with angular tear and disk protrusions L3-L4 L4-L5 L5-S1 Level s causing anterior thecal sac indentation,spinal canal narrowing/stenosis and severe compression over bilateral lateral neural recesses and traversing nerve roots with neural impingment at L4-L5 Doctor suggested surgery for issue My age is 25 only,unmarried Is it really required surgery Any other ways to treat Please suggest me Thanks

Consult your physiotherapist and start taking treatment for isometric back exercise, strengthening of your back muscle. Once your muscle become strengthen than you will definitely feel better
