L1 vertebrae wedge compression

My mother had spinal  L1 vertebrae wedge compression when she fell down due to dizzy, it happened in the lady week of July 2021 and she is bedridden since more then 2 months, she has unbearable back pain during sitting, cant sit for more then 2 min. can you advise best doctor in faridabad,  Gurgaon and Delhi for the  cure this problem for my mother.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your  mother in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for &the affected part.- back and lower limbs. (Exercise no. 19. You can consult me or any Orthopaedic doctor for that matter. If the fracture is significant the patient may require kyphoplasty which will relieve pain. Delay may cause further delay and lead to problems.
