Asked for Male, 60 Years

I had an accident last month. Suffered from L1 compression fracture. Its been 6 weeks now. And doxtor has asked to start mobilisation along with physiotherapy. I have been prescribed zotide (PTH) inj 20mcg for 1 month daily. Is it safe for kidneys or my health??
