Hi i have a pilonidal sinus of 3-4 cm i have visited many surgeons but apparently came across kshar sutra treatment hence wanted to know the details for the treatment if it's more effective and painless than surgery and also if it is suitable for femal body of 24 yrs old and if there is pain after changing the thread every week?
