What is the difference between pelvic ultrasound and ultrasound.. I'm so confused. Please Suggest me.

Ultrasound is a tool to visualise the internal organs to detect any abnormal findings.... it can be of any body part. Pelvic ultrasound is to visualise the reproductive organs n urinary bladder rectum etc .... so no confusion now...I guess
